At Illume Blends, we are committed to delivering your candles with care and efficiency. Below are our shipping details:

 Processing Time:

 • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 • Custom or large orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

 • U.S. Orders: Standard shipping via FedEx or USPS typically takes 3-7 business days.

 • FREE SHIPPING on orders $40+ (applies to U.S. orders only).

 • International Orders: We ship via USPS, UPS, or Pirate Ship, with a flat rate of $55. Delivery times vary based on location.

 Lost or Damaged Packages:

 • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

 • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
