Refund policy

We want you to love your candles, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

  Returns & Exchanges:

  Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility:

  We offer replacements or store credit for damaged or defective items.

  Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and may take 5-7 business days to process.
